At present, the requirements for product surface cleanliness are increasing, and more effective cleaning methods are needed in the production line. DSJet Company has adopted an innovative CO2 dry ice and snow spray cleaning process, which can be used for almost most materials. It can efficiently and gently remove particles and impurities on the product surface (dust, burning residue, iron plaque, flux residue, smoke left by laser processing, oil stains, fingerprints, cutting fluid, polishing paste and so on). It can be used for cleaning in a large area or a very small area, and it can meet a higher level of cleaning requirements.
